How quickly will you respond?
This is non-urgent support, so we typically respond within 24-48 hours. Higher tier packages get faster responses, but nothing is same-day emergency support.
What if my website is completely broken?
If it's a genuine emergency affecting your business, you'll need emergency support from a different provider. We're here for the non-critical stuff that can wait a day or two.
Can I save unused hours?
Unused hours don't roll over to the next month, but we're flexible about how you use them within each monthly period.
What if I need more time?
Additional time is available at £75 per hour, or you can upgrade your package at any time.
Do you work outside business hours?
Our standard support is during business hours (10am-5pm, Monday-Friday). We're not available for evening or weekend support.
What can't you help with?
We don't provide emergency support, server management, complex custom development, or anything that requires immediate attention.

Limitation of Service: We cannot guarantee resolution of all technical issues and may need to refer complex problems to specialists. Our liability is limited to the monthly fee paid for support services.
Communication: Support is provided via email and scheduled phone calls during business hours. We do not provide instant messaging, out-of-hours support, or emergency contact methods.
