These packages are for updates to existing sites. Complete website builds and major redesigns are quoted separately as focused projects.
Do you provide print-ready files?＋
Yes. Print designs are supplied as high-resolution, print-ready files in the appropriate format, including bleed and crop marks where needed.
Are there any long-term contracts?＋
No. Payment is processed monthly and you can cancel at any time, with billing changes taking effect from the following month.
Can unused hours roll over?＋
Unused hours do not roll over. We will help plan your work so you make the most of each monthly allocation.
What file formats do you deliver?＋
Files are supplied in the formats your project requires, including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD and SVG.
Do I own the designs you create?＋
Yes. Once the work is complete and paid for, you own the rights to use the final designs.
What about printing and stock resources?＋
Printing, premium stock assets, premium fonts and third-party services are charged separately and always discussed before purchase.
